Please provide us as much information as possible about your question or issue, so that we can quickly answer your questions or help you to find a solution to your issue. We cannot guess who you are or read your mind, so please be as clear as possible with your communication.
If you have a billing question, please provide us with your paypal email address AND your registration email address.
Please do not open multiple tickets at a time. It only causes confusion. You can respond to existing tickets, even if they are closed, and they will be reopened.
Please allow 1-2 business days for a response to your ticket. We do not outsource our ticket system to unskilled workers. All support tickets are handled in house. However, this level of personalized service takes more time, so please be patient and respectful of our time. We have thousands of customers to provide support for, and we would like to be able to continue to offer this personalized level of service, but we need your help to do it.
